Introduction to Paleobiology - Monday, 1st Period

That morning Connor and Cutter were joined in class by Tabby and Teddy who were looking curiously around the room but staying close to their dads.

“Good morning,” Cutter began that day’s class, “we actually didn’t have a class planned this week so we’re going to have a nice simple class today and have a movie   day instead,” he explained and then went to press play.

After the lack of bones all semester and then the dirty pool of plaster bones in the museum, Liliana had absolutely decided to not go back to class. But then there were children and she and Irrim were in a...place...and it just seemed easier to take the girl to class rather that continue to exist in frosty silence back at the mansion.

But then there was a movie and Irrim didn't know anything about movies and Liliana hadn't watched enough to make them seem any less wondrous, so they both were watching and GREAT. NOW IRRIM WAS CRYING AND WHAT KIND OF MONSTER MADE A MOVIE LIKE THIS?!?

So now Liliana was glaring at Cutter and Connor while Irrim pretended like she wasn't crying and both of them grappled with 'dead mother feelings' and this weekend was never going to fucking end, was it?

Cutter was there, trying to keep Teddy from wandering off and exploring the classroom but he was there and available to talk to if he was needed.
