Dangershop: Playground

After being almost being ~~handwavy~~ stampeded by a few miniture students, it didn't take long for Mac to figure out what might have happened overnight.

Being the resourceful guy he is? He headed down to the Dangershop where he spent a few minutes programming it for a more suitable environment for the kids.

He also made sure that the safety locks were on and could not be unlocked.

[ooc: OCD Threads ~~coming~~ up! Safety locks will prevent any harm to the students, though skinned knees and boo-boos can happen. Feel free to add your own playground equipment.]

"AM NOT!" Cameron protested as he ran off and chased under a bench. "Aeryn's slowest!"

"But it's no tag backs!" Callisto pointed out, heading for the nearest tree.

Aeryn glares at Cam. Meanie.

"She still slower!" Cameron argued. "And you all have girl cooties!" He felt the need to point this out as he ducked under a bench.

"That means you do too!" Callisto scrambled up the tree. No one could reach her here. Ha!

"Do principals have girl cooties too?" Zoe asked, making her way oh-so-slowly towards the kids.

Uh oh. Cameron kept his strategic spot behind the bench. That was a tricky question. "No," he decided. "Because you're a grown up and you're like my momma so you don't have cooties because you're cool."

"Ooh, that's a good answer. Maybe I won't tag you," Zoe called.

Cameron grinned. "You should tag Ananakin!" He pointed to the slides.

Zoe puts her hands on her hips. "Well, what if he doesn't want to play?"

Cameron mimicked her stance, still ready to run in case he needed it. "Then he's silly."

Zoe took a step closer. "Maybe you're the one who's silly."

"Nah huh," Cameron took a step back. "Am not silly. I am cool. I even have a superhero costume, but I'm not wearing it right now. It's all black like Batman."

"Oh? Are you planning on being a caped crusader when you grow up?"

Cameron giggled. "Nooooo! I'm going to fly planes like my daddy!"

Zoe made a very impressed face. "Oooh. Well, you'd better work hard, because pilots need to have good reflexes." Smirking, she took enough full steps forward to reach out and get Cameron. "You're it!"

"Frak!" Cameron shouted. "You tricked me!"

Then he realised he wasn't supposed to say that word and clasped his hands in front of his mouth. "Whoops."

Zoe raised an eyebrow. "That's some mighty strong language for such a wee tiny man," she said, although she had to admit, it was a good sign that maybe the teenager was still in there somewhere.

Cameron hung his head and looked really really sorry. "I'm sorry, principlady. It won't happen again."

"Awww." And yes, that was out loud, because that really really sorry look was just way too cute. "All right, you're forgiven."

That really really sorry look was gone really really quickly as he beamed up at Zoe. "Thank you, princilady!" He totally gave her legs a hug too.

That pinging noise? Oh, that was just the sound of Zoe's ovaries imploding.

"You're very welcome," she said. "Now, you've got to go and tag someone! And no tag backs!"

"Yes, m'am Lady!" Cameron saluted her and then ran off to find a tagging victim.
