Dangershop: Playground

After being almost being handwavy stampeded by a few miniture students, it didn't take long for Mac to figure out what might have happened overnight.

Being the resourceful guy he is? He headed down to the Dangershop where he spent a few minutes programming it for a more suitable environment for the kids.

He also made sure that the safety locks were on and could not be unlocked.

[ooc: OCD Threads coming up! Safety locks will prevent any harm to the students, though skinned knees and boo-boos can happen. Feel free to add your own playground equipment.]

Xander, having climbed down ALL the stairs EVER, one stair at a time, sitting on each stair as he went down because that's the only way he could hold onto his froggie tank with both hands, totally missed anybody with breakfast in any of the common rooms, and ended up following the last few peoples over here.

You'd think this would make him cranky due to lack of non-tabasco-laced sugar, but c'mon. Playground!

C'ept kinda hard to climb when you've got a froggie tank in your hands. Xander stands under the monkey bars and looks up.

"HI!" he yells.

"Ribbit..." Jeremiah echoes in a long-suffering tone.

"Hi!" Bridge chirps, hooking his kneeds around the bars and swinging down so that he's hanging upside down and looking at Xander.

"You're supside down," Xander points out. Because otherwise Bridge might miss that.

"Yup!" Bridge nods, and the head-bobbing sets him swinging back and forth slightly. "Wanna come play?"

Xander points to the frog tank and looks sad. "Can't climb with this."

He looks at the floor. "Think my frog would be ok down here? I don't wanna be a ear-rest-pon--- um, bad pet taker carer."

"He should be," Bridge nods. "See, there's grownups here and everything." Bridge waves in the direction of said grownups.

Xander looks around carefully. "Well... okayyyyy."

He puts Jeremiah's tank on the ground at the foot of the monkey bars and crouches down to point a finger at the plastic wall.

"You be good, 'kay? I'll be right up here, so don't be scared."

Then he climbinates up.

And up.

And UP!

"Isn't it cool up here?" Bridge says. "You can see the swings and the slides and over everyone's heads and over the trees and everything!"

"I wonder if I can see my house from here!"

Xander looks, but he can't. So he climbs a little higher, up to the top bars.

Still no house.

"I can't see everything." He points. Don't see my house or Willow's house."

That might be a sadface. Even though he's not using the facepalm icon because that's way too sad omg.

"That's 'cause we're not really outside, we're inside but it's *pretending* to be outside," Bridge explains, because he knows how holograms work.

He then hears the announcement (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/855543.html?thread=39664631#t39664631), and his eyes go very, very wide.

"I got time out?" He says sadly. "But I didn't even *do* anything!"

"That's mean!" Xander's eyes widen. "I got detention and I didn't do anything before 'cept put John on Miz Skeeter's head but that was okay 'cause I got to play with the Mountie and his doggie but he's not here and you didn't even put John on anybody."

"I guess I better go over there before I get in even *more* trouble," Bridge says, starting to climb down the bars.

"That's not fair. We gotta tell somebody that's not fair." Xander follows, picking up his froggie tank when he finally reaches the ground.

Yay! Climby things! Walter drops Pup under the monkey bars and swarms up them, happily dangling upside down until he falls and starts to sniffle.

Jaye sees Walter crying, and pats his shoulder so there's glitter on him. "Makes stuff better," she says seriously.

She points to his shoulder. "Sil-ver," she says, like Chloe taught her. And like Mahandra taught her, says, "What the hell."

"It's pretty. Can I have some?" He files "what the hell" away for later use. "I want lots and lots. And some for Pup, too. He's sad."
