Student Council [lunch]

"Welcome to the final meeting of the Student Council that I'll be running," Josh said with a grin. "At least for this school year. I have to head to exotic Detroit on Monday. I know you're all jealous."

He waved at the pizza, baked goods, and sodas stacked up on a nearby table. "But you have done great work, so I reward you with pizza. And the finest muffins and bagels in all the land--courtesy of J,GoB, of course."

"Today, work on final details for coffee stuff, trivia night, whatever." He gave an impish smile. "And Vice Principal Pierce might be getting in touch for graduation plans soon. Check your voicemail."

Parker looked sad. Regretful. And evil. "Awww. Is this a philosophical stance, or are you rejecting the idea because the students you know have crushes on you aren't your type?"

Angel? Very clearly silently threatening grevious harm to Parker's shoe collection.

Parker gives Wings her best sparkly you're-my-buddy! grin.

"I'm just asking for information, sir. Since I heard you were dating Dr. Pevensie? But I also heard you were leaving this summer. And you can't trust the radio. So I just wondered if certain friends with crushes have reason to hope." She sighed. "And I'd think that they'd be okay, if they were graduating. Wouldn't you? No more chance of favoritism."

Angel began doodling pictures of shoes being tortured.

Parker could see said pictures from where she was sitting.

Parker was torn between horror and hilarity after she got a glimpse of those sketches.

It wasn't *quite* enough to stop her. "Anyway, Professor Lyman. You be sure and let us know how your campaign in Detroit goes. Some of us really, really care about how you're doing."
