The danger shop was somehow turned into a very classic, Midwestern dining room that was set with a full Thanksgiving feast.

Complete with NPC family members.

"Next week can be a little trying for some people with the holiday," Jane said, eyeing one of the NPCs with a 'go woke, go broke' shirt with a level of disapproval.

"Family dinners are often a source of conflict," Cara added. "Especially when in-laws don't get along, even when they don't attempt to have you killed. Or set a mob on you."

"So, today will be about getting through a different kind of fight unscathed," Jane said. "Possibly with wine."

"Significant amounts of wine."

Graham and his sisters almost always got along great, and they didn't really experience much in the way of their extended family, so when he sat down at the table, almost as if the warnings and wary looks had completely gone through one ear and out the other and then right over his feathered capped head, he did so with an eager, excited grin on his face and an approving look over the feast laid out before them. "Zounds!" he gushed, taking up a fork in one clutched hand and a butter knife in the other. "This looks amazing! I can't wait to dig in! My compliments to the chef...(s)!"
