"Well, everyone," said Amaya, with the usual nod of greeting and a pound of her fist into her palm, "we're reached the last day of this session's blacksmithing workshop, and, hopefully, you've all picked up a few more interesting new skills and we've managed to get out with...relatively few injuries."

Especially for a class with a Beaker in it!

"Let's not go and mess that up with our last class today, yeah?

"So, for our last technique today, we're going to be working on something that's fairly easy, but definitely fun and satisfying, and has the potential to get more complex and interesting the more you play around with that, and that's twisting. So find yourself a vice that you like"--the tools! Not the other kind!--"and we'll get started!"

Naturally, Amaya's explanation on how to twist metal properly at the forge is detailed and comes with plenty of demonstrations and time to ask questions, as well as a breakdown of how to do a few different types.

And now it's your turn! Grab some tongs, a vice, and some of the metal that's been heating up in the forge and let's twist for the first time this summer!

Stark couldn't stay in Summer's apartment forever. He had places to be today. Places where there would be other people and places where he could keep busy.

Places like the forge where he could watch Amaya do fascinating things with metal and then attempt to do his own things. It would be a good way to keep himself occupied.

He wasn't sure what he was going to try and make. Maybe nothing. Maybe he was just going to twist bits of metal until he ran out of time.
