For some reason, today's announcements are preceded by the first few bars of "Fur Elise." Also disgustingly early, of course.

"Good morning, and happy two hundredth birthday to Salem, Ohio. All students are advised that the wandering accordion floating about the hallways will polka for tips: monetary, fashion, or otherwise. You are responsible for your own actions, however, if you find you cannot stop polka-ing. Please exercise safe steps. Thank you."

There will be a polka party on the roof if she has anything to say about it.
