Let's Go Camping! - Friday, Third Period [06/23].

It was looking like the forecast called for it to be pretty rainy and even a little stormy today, which, if you asked Gladio, would be a great challenge for his camping class. However, it was the last class, and he'd been in a pretty good and generous mood lately, so, instead, he decided to work out something a little different, and instead of meeting at the preserve that day, he was going to have everyone meet at Portalocity.

News that he was sure all of his students would have received with a sigh of relief.

"Alright, guys," he greeted them with a nod, and gestured toward the packs still waiting for them, because they weren't getting off that easy, "for our last meeting together, we're going to change the scenery up a little and head up to Voyageurs National Park, which promotes a variety of campsite options, all with waterfront access. So...very scenic, very beginner-friendly, very good spot to just sort of offer some of the best camping has to offer. We're going to keep it real simple today, and just hike up to a good spot, set up camp, and enjoy some nature, enjoy some company, and, of course, some s'mores and hot dogs. We got a boat out there, too, if anyone wants to enjoy the water while we're there, as well."

Or even fishing, so long as you don't drag Gladio with you.

"Grab a pack, and let's go camping!"

Connor, likewise, was in a bit of a good mood... though maybe a little nervous as well. He was looking forward to the weekend events and then he was heading out on his camping vacation. Though he had a pretty good idea that Lester's idea of camping was more about hanging out in the cabin than sleeping out in a tent. But still... Connor was looking forward to it and the chance to maybe put some of these lessons into practice?
