Practical Wilderness Survival- Second Period- Monday
"Today, we are going to be covering two very important topics when it comes to surviving out in the wilderness, with the modern comforts," Dwight said from the front of the Danger Shop's current classroom set up as he started things off that morning. "We are going to start talking about where to find and how to make a shelter. Exposure to the elements- in any extreme- can cause problems very quickly, with dehydration and hypothermia being the two greatest threats."
"So, we will be watching two videos and then discussing what we learned. You will then have a chance to find your own spot and gather your supplies and make a shelter of your own. I will be around to help but see how far you can get on your own, like if you really were on your own in a survival situation. Ready? Alright, let's get started!"
