"For this class today, we are going to focus on perhaps the most important aspect of wilderness survival," Dwight said as he stood in front of the class. "Unfortunately, it is also something most people do not take seriously enough until it is too late. We have already learned a little about how to find, collect, and sterilize water we find. But what happens when that process takes too long? What happens to the body when there is not enough water in the cells? How do you deal with this potentially dangerous problem known as dehydration? That is what we are going to talk about today."
