Great Fandom Bake-Off, Thursday, First Period
"After last week, this week should be quite easy," Yennefer stated with the confidence of someone who had no idea what they were talking about.
"This week is about flatbread," Jaskier said with the very same sort of confidence. "Which is mostly just failed bread."
"Mm," Yennefer agreed. "Bread that could not hold a shape, as it were. But still delicious! Today you are going to make naan. The recipe says you don't even have to knead it!"
"Oh, I've had that one before? With garlic and butter!" Jaskier said, glad to know a thing.
"It often accompanies curries and other Indian dishes," Yennefer explained, "but as this is a baking class, we won't make you tackle those." Because that would just be silly. As silly as making British bakers make tacos.
And they definitely wouldn't be doing that!
"So! Let's... make same naan!" So close, guys. So close.
