Shop Class: [4/24]

The shop class actually looks like a normal shop class today. Mac has generously supplied coffee, muffins and Bagels from J,GOB.

"Today class I thought we'd extend the prom theme a little bit today in honor of one your classmates being elected 'Prince'. Today's assignment is to make yourself a crown and sceptre and then proclaim yourself king or queen over a certain area of influence."

Mac then places a crown he made as an example for class on his. "For instance: I now proclaim myself King of the Shop Class room. Get the idea? Anyone who wears their crown the rest of the day and acts in a royal manner will get an automatic A for the course."

Sam, having a similar idea to Nadia's and a lack of imagination after a day of working on her Tactics final, constructed a very familiar looking headdress out of some coins from her pockets, some beads and fabric she pulled from old window treatments (after washing them) and some metal clothes hangers as a frame and support.

If Daniel said anything, he was a dead man. She wrapped some colored cable around a wood dowel, then attached a pipe fitting to the end of it. Because what was better than a scepter that doubled as a weapon?

"I am, er, Queen of Electricity."

She curtseyed regally (and extra-impressively, without tipping over from the weight of the headdress). "So says the King, so it shall be done!"

Yeah, way too much coffee during class.
