"Good morning! Your final has been scheduled to May 3rd! Don't forget to actually study!

For today, proove to me that prom has math in it. Both classes. Also, ask if you have any questions about any material that has been covered here since January."

Which Walter also writes out with numbers that come from consulting some receipts he happens to have in his wallet. He then moves on to calculating how much money in total might be spent by students on this island on their prom preparations.

Angela gave Broots a semi-evil eye, then went to work calculating the surface area of a dress. "Um, can I just pretend the ruffles aren't there?"

"Kind of," Angela confirmed. "Mine has more stuff on the skirt."

She tilted her head as she continued to work. "Are you going with anyone?"

"You have to," Angela insisted, mostly grateful for the excuse to set her work aside. "There is such a shortage of guys at this school. Isabel Evans, who could seriously be a model, does not have a date."

Given that Pip is taking Ivanova, asking what the "incidentals" are is probably a bad idea.
