Jane looked just as bloodsplattered as many folks today did, but it sort of fit with the armor. Which was kind of nice.

"So, last week I was a reindeer and missed out on class," she started with. "Sorry about that. Hopefully it won't be happening again."

Tempting fate, that.

"And, the uh--" She gestured at the ghoulish red splotches. "It's strawberry jam. But it's not going to stop us from continuing our class! This time we'll be talking about teamwork and how to figure out how best to work as a team to fill in the gaps, you know? Wiiiith... trust falls!"

Someone was definitely getting dropped.

"Please don't drop your classmates."

Oh, it was happening.

Gray was mostly wondering if these ketchup splatters were going to come out of his pink Converse until he realized what they were doing today, and then he might have...just sort of subtly edged to the back of the group. This seemed like a risky activity for him.

"Well, not terribly on account of the rope that was holding me up but it was humiliating," Clare said.

Graham, far, far too trusting by half, all but spun around on his heels, thrust out his arms to the side and started falling back, hoping for the best, before his fake-blood stained cloak even settled from the turn.

And there was Guillermo awkwardly running towards Graham, hoping he could get in a position to catch him.

“Okay I’ve got you, uh… I think?”

He hoped anyway, he would feel really bad if Graham did fall.

On the one hand, Graham had thrown himself backwards pretty quickly, and with enthusiasm.

On the other hand, he was a string bean and did not weigh much even soaking wet, and the cloak did create a little bit if drag that mah have been a help to Guillermo's catching attempts, as Graham closed his eyes and just trusted he would be caught.

That was the whole point, right?

Guillermo noticed that Graham’s cape seemed to be slowing his fall down, which definitely helped him as he angled himself to try and catch Graham.

It was a close call but Guillermo caught Graham just before he hit the ground.

“That was definitely a close one,” he said, sounding very relieved.

"Zounds!" Graham gushed, hanging from Guillermo's arms and tilting back hid head to look up at him with a grin. "Great catch, Guillermo! I knew I could trust you! Should I catch you next?"

Surely, there was nothing that could go wrong there!

Guillermo looked a little hesitant not because he didn’t trust Graham rather that he knew he was twice as heavy but since this was all about trust, he forced that doubt down, “sure,” he returned that grin, careful to not let go of Graham while he was still in his arms, “what’s the worst that could happen right?”

There were quite a few things that could happen but Guillermo was trying not to focus on those.

Vi had an odd expression on her face like she was simultaneously confident of her ability to catch her classmates, less confident about them catching her, and wondering if she could fall in such a way that the teacher would catch her.
