Creature Languages, 4/20, Period 3

Dream is still smiling as the Creature Languages students file in.

"Hello. We have a very special speaker today, someone who has been among you for the last four months. Please welcome Mr. Nielson and his human companion, Pippi Longstocking. You may ask him questions to practice your Squirrel Monkey vocabulary."

"Remember your final project proposals are due in one week."

Pippi sits next to Blair while Mr. Neilson chats with the other students.

"Hey... Mr. Neilson is up there." she says pointing to the front of the class.

Blair tore his eyes away from his monkeywatching duties and nodded. "Yeah, I know. I can see pretty good from back here. Eyes like a cat."

Overhearing, Dream sighed. "It is not my role to force you to do things that make you uncomfortable. Mr. Sandburg, you may write a paragraph on monkye culture as a replacement for talking to Mr. Nielson. You may also leave the classroom if you wish."

Blair looked at Pippi and Dream for a long minute before nodding resolutely, he could do this. He started inching (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/830314.html?thread=38524778#t38524778) towards the front of the room.

He also wondered if there was publication possibilities in a paper about monkey culture.
