A Guide to Mechanical Engineering - Thursday, 4th Period

Goose had been spending most of the week being rather sad and distracted and feeling generally awful from the weekend and in the process he had completely forgotten about his class on Thursday until this morning, he had very briefly decided to do a movie day but then he had found a class that he had used from the last session and decided to use it again.

Admittedly he had used it a couple of times now for his classes but it was at least an easy enough class for him to get together on such short notice for times when he forgot about his class.

Which also tended to happen a lot.

“Welcome back,” he said softly, “this week we’re going to take a look at strength of materials, which is a topic that has been covered before but a good way to test that theory is by making rubber band helicopters ,”

Alara was getting pretty good at this activity now and she only broke the rubber bands a couple of times in the process.

She also didn't remember anything about the weekend at all, which she wasn't too bothered about - she did hope that she had stuck with her plan to leave Xelaya though.
