2Paint2Ball, Monday - 4th Period

Today your teachers were in their paintball suits already. With rollerblades.

Because reasons. "Hello again!" Steve said, waving.

"We've added to the challenge," Tony said, definitely enjoying his time on the rollerblades. Because he was a nerd like that. "In addition to the anti-grav spots, you'll be moving around using the rollerblades we've provided."

It'll be great.

Steve looked slightly less enthusiastic. "It's definitely a challenge!"

Tony grinned and nudged him in the side with his elbow. "You'll all do great. It's good practice for roller derby if you're into that."

"Tony's into that," Steve told everyone.

"Steve missed out on the 80s," Tony added brightly. "Now, let's begin! Oh, and remember, like always, no powers."

Steve had been a teenager in the mid-90s, so Steve had done some rollerblading. He just hadn't in a while because who the hell still rollerbladed?

His ankles were going to kill him tomorrow.

Don't ask why Anakin was preternaturally good at this, okay? He was allowed to have hobbies!

And he was spending a lot of time over by the anti-gravity pockets, which were pretty sneaky.

Goose had never done roller blading before and it was definitely showing with how awkward he was finding this, so it was perhaps a bit surprising that he was lasting as long as he did.

He was also really thankful for his healing factor right now.

Stark was rather wobbly on roller blades. This was not surprising. He was not good at stopping and that was not going to go well with the anti-gravity pockets. Not at all.

He was trying to get to cover, at least.

Anakin did not say "wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" as he went past, but his face kind of said "wheeeeeeeeeeee?"

Stark did not like that expression. It couldn't mean anything good. He tried to stop, failed, and ended up rolling right into an anti-gravity pocket.

Alara had also never done rollerblading before and she was spending most of her time trying to focus on not crushing the rollerblades, which she was finding a bit difficult but somehow she was still able to get through and actually still manage to get a somewhat decent result.
