Anakin was back today, so your Wednesdays were about to get a lot less fun and little more insane. And your shirts will be terrifying again.

Stark, we'll miss you.

"Today, inspired by a conversation with Stark and a collaboration with local food vendors, we will do food-based games!" Anakin yelled through his megaphone. "Listen for your names!"

Yes, one of the shirts was a repeat. Anakin had a lot of Taco Cat. He also, strangely, had a lot of a shirts with a former Fandom mayor's face on it. He didn't ask questions, he just passed out the polyblend.

"Is he running out of shirts?" Vi asked as she held up a kind of familiar shirt. "I think he's running out of shirts."

Burgers were possibly going to be a sensitive subject depending how that thread turned out.

"I'm worried about pair eating."

If it was just eating Rey had this in the bag.

Vi was definitely giving Anakin the greasy eye for this one. Just because she had an iron stomach didn't mean she liked the idea of ground burgers.

"You have a preference here?" she asked Sakaki.

Jaina had gone home, had a great night celebrating the twins' birthday, and then today she'd gotten messages so urgent about her portal scheduled for today that she thought something really bad was happening.

Nope. Portalocity kriffed up. Just shenanigans.

Jaina was thrilled.

"Less talking, more eating," Aphra told Will, gesturing at the plate. Sadly this was not a task that could be gotten around by shooting something.

...unless they stunned the other teams?

The only reason Stark might want to be the wheelbarrow was that if he wasn't properly punished by today's shenanigans then next week's were sure to be worse. And he'd feel awful about forcing someone else to eat food off the ground if they weren't willing.

"You can have the burgers if you like..."

Alara ended up having a great level of difficulty trying to eat her pie without her hands and she somehow sent bits of pie flying everywhere and so was having trouble trying to eat them.

Gray wished he could pass this shirt on to his brother. Ray would appreciate it way more than him. Unfortunately it wasn't in a size 4X or so, so...looked like he was stuck with it.

Sorry, gang, Cheeseburger Cheeseburger had an endlessly hungry super-soldier from the Great Depression eating pie. You never really had a shot.

Guillermo was trying to not feel nervous as he went over to start getting ready to be the wheelbarrow

“Um … I’m also not very ...well …er flexible,” Guillermo admitted, which would have totally been new information to Rosa.

Oh, chopsticks. Gray had this in the bag, as long as a sleepy spell didn't hit while he was in the middle of it.

"Thank you, century in Japan," he muttered as he painstakingly placed a marshmallow on top of a chocolate square, then adjusted its position minutely before moving on to a graham cracker. They were a little tricky to pick up with the chopsticks, but he was getting the hang of it.

"Have you worked with chopsticks before?" Steve asked.

"Meep meep meep meep," Beaker said, trying to be alluring.

It was Beaker, so...no.

Goose had never used chopsticks before in his life and he looked really confused to what he was supposed to do them.

"How do these work?"

It was going to take a while.

"Either that or he gets a really good deal on these because no one else in the universe would actually want them, so they're basically just giving them away," Steph suggested. "Man, you know I love cats but those are just disturbing."

Much like Sakaki, she was concerned that they looked like they were screaming about being eaten.

"I'm worried about all the restaurants in town that apparently sponsored activities that would have Public Health coming after their asses," Steph added, "because I'm pretty sure all of these are super not hygienic."

Also potentially super awkward.

And Vi definitely wasn't bringing up one of the many reasons you didn't ask too many questions about your food in the undercity. "It's super creepy," she agreed.

Have you seen Dwight? Pie eating contests were made for him! The only real difficulty was that the pie was small and didn't have a lot of weight to keep it from sliding around on the table, but Dwight still managed to get it gone in pretty good time!

Kurt had used chopsticks before but it had been a while so he was a bit rusty himself.

"Hold them like this" he said holding them out so Goose could see. "Though, Dean Skywalker didn't say anything about us having to use the the 'correct' way... so maybe we can get creative and figure out an easier way to use them to stack this?"

And Sakaki just felt kind of....torn.

"Not...really?" she admitted, although the question at the end definitely seemed to suggest otherwise. She did consider, though, that this was a team effort, and she didn't want to disappoint her teammates.

"I'm not sure," she admitted a moment later, "I could eat that many burgers, though..."

And not even because they were on the ground, although that didn't help!

Yeah, that would probably not go over well.

"Not gonna feel too bad about tearing the sleeves off this one?" Steph guessed. The unsettling screaming cats might cancel out the nice view, though.

"We'll make it work," said Rosa, practically before Guillermo even finished, because the nature of the excuse itself didn't really matter to her, she could tell it was an excuse right out the gate.

And, whether he was ready or not, Rosa was moving already to steer him forward toward the first burger, because they were clearly wasting too much time talking and not enough time eating ground burgers.

Just because Blackstone wasn't in this one didn't mean Rosa didn't have to make sure to at least place higher than her in whatever even she did wind up in.

The brightness of the grin and the eager straightening of Graham's shoulders with that news should hopefully banish any concerns regarding his unwillingness to eat burgers from the ground from Stark's mind entirely.

"I do make a really good wheelbarrow!" Graham informed him enthusiastically. "And I don't weight much, so that means I'm easy to push, too!"

If Amaya had even the faintest idea of what Beaker was actually trying to imply, she would promptly take back everything in the previous narrative.

But since she didn't (but definitely thought she did), she nodded.

"Right," she agreed(?), "we should probably tackle those meatballs first. They seem the most volatile."

"We've tried them a few times on nights we do stir-fry," Libby admitted, a little sheepishly, at what the Hazlett family considered to be a 'multi-cultural experience,' while trying again with another marshmallow, "but that didn't last very long when we were still finding bits of rice in the carpet almost weeks after the last time."

And she glanced over to her teammate to see how he might be faring.

"Do you?"
