There were gremlins in the library today. Belle was giving them a wide berth but trying to keep an eye on them at the same time lest they decide to pay attention to her or any visitors today.
Luckily, sort of, for her, the gremlins were more interested in climbing over shelving and wrestling with each other than they were in Belle.
She was still going to stick closely to the relative safety of the desk.
