Sociology of Violence (2nd Period) / Sociology of the Paranormal (6th Period)

The lab is organized so that each student has a private work station at which to take his or her final. The final contains three sections - multiple choice on vocabulary, fill-in-the-blanks on history and concepts, and a short essay. It's of moderate difficulty, and there are no trick questions.

The exam is timed to be completed in one class period. Grissom also explains that extra time will be allowed with permission, but that students may not exit and re-enter the classroom once the test begins (allowances of course would be made for things like vomiting and evilweebunny attack.)

Any student not able to complete the exam today will be assigned a 10 page, researched and properly cited paper in lieu of a test, to be completed by the end of term. It should be submitted to a TA (Bel, Veronica, Cally, Lyta, or Paige) in a handwavey kind of manner so a grade can be received for their coursework and that so no one is punished for RL hiatus or brainfart.


[OOC: Give me two grades - exam grade, and final grade...
...If you don't, I will make them up to be what I believe to be a fair approximation of your character's coursework IC for the class for their report card. The handwavey conditions of mun absence are above, so for example, Marty when he gets back can write a paper and 'give it' to Lyta at some point, and then Grissom (or a TA if they want to play it) will in all his NPC glory grade it and Marty will get a real grade. If you have any questions at all about that, e-mail me, it's only a few of you, but I didn't want to screw you over. And thank you all, I had a blast with some of these classes, and have appreciated all your cracktastic thoughtful responses.]

She never thought that all the violence she had dealt with would come in so handy.

Phoebe made herself sneak down from the Attic long enough to take her final.

She had seen a lot of violence over the last couple of months, so it's no surprise that she does do well on the exam afterall even with the being kidnapped and terrorized on Thursday and Friday
