A Traveler's Guide to Hyrule; Thursday, First Period [12/09].
"One lesson," Sidon started the class out that morning with a bright, toothy grin on his face, one with even more anticipation and excitement than usual, "that is useful to any traveler to anywhere is to always be prepared, so I certainly hope that is a lesson the two of you will take into consideration today, for there are just mere moments before our portal will arrive and whisk us away to our destination! That's right! I have taken into consideration your essays from last week, and a bold decision has been made! For our final two classes, we will be traveling to Hyrule itself, so that you may experience it first hand, and the interest wa synonymous! We shall venture forth...to the great Death Mountain!
"....next week," he added, with a chuckle, after a dramatic pause. "We'll save the mighty trek for our final day so that we may better prepare, but today, we will be traveling to the Foothill Stable, which sits at the foot of Death Mountain, so that you may get a feel for the area, chat with the locals in residence, and generally get an idea of the journey ahead of us next week as we find our way to Goron City in the heart of the mighty mountain! If you have any questions before we arrive, please ask them now, but, if not, prepare to travel!
"And I have to admit," something almost boyish seemed to spark up in that large, aquatic face of his, "we Zora do not often venture into this part of Hyrule, so....I am rather excited about this as well! It shall be an adventure for us all!"

The Foothill Stable - Hyrule, 12/09.
Or you might, anyway, were it not for the soft music coming from a large parrot-like Rito standing near the entrance of the stable, playing a melody on an accordian. Besides the music, it is mostly a quiet stable, with not as much foot traffic coming from the mountain, though one might speak with the grizzled stable owner Ozunda to find out more about the area.
Outside, you'll find a rust-haired young woman in stablehand garb sweeping the ever-present dust from the path, as well as an odd-looking merchant with a pack nearly twice as large as he is on his back, bringing to mind a certain sort of bug, and inside, one might find a brooding young man pondering a rather marvelous landscape that is hung on the stable wall.
There is a general sense of excitement some of the other attendants to the stable and visitors, as they're not used to seeing a Zora, much less one of Sidon's considerable size, in these parts, and the visitors that he brought with him are quite curious, as well, but the stable is yours to explore, as well as the surrounding areas, although Sidon has requested that you not venture too far down the path quite yet.

She was definitely taking the opportunity to see as much of the area as she could, she was careful not to stray down the path as Sidon asked but there was plenty for her to see without going down the path.
Catching Lizards - Hyrule, 12/09.
Ha-ha! Fandom reference!
"So let us make sure to find and catch as many Fireproof Lizards for the gracious and generous Gaile before we leave, so that we may be better prepared to embark on the real journey next week!"

"I think," she offered, "this could use a little bit of teamwork. If you lift the stones, I can be ready to catch the lizards when they begin to run out."
