Bardic Inspiration - 5th Period - Thursday
"Welcome, welcome, welcome, class!" Jaskier said, projecting for the rafters like the ye olde theater kid he was. "So good to see you all in person! I think even my co-teacher would agree."
Or he was so used to Geralt's grumpy Gus behavior that it barely registered with other people.
"Glad to see none of you are still stuck in holes." She was practically warm and cuddly! "Though you might miss the holes soon."
"Today we pick instruments!" There was a recorder in the pile, so yes. There might have some regrets.
Was Cara nudging one of the many open flames in the tavern towards the pile of highly flammable wood? Quite possibly. "Because apparently 'a bard's greatest weapon' is only euphemistic some of the time."
"I think it'll be a very good method of getting to know the class," Jaskier insisted. "Pick an instrument let us know why you chose it."
"Then play a few bars." Cara smiled beatifically. If she had to suffer, everyone else did too.
"Excellent suggestion, Cara!" Oh no, Jaskier was on board with it. Everyone was doomed.
Cara nudged that candle just a bit closer, be a shame if anything happened to it.
