How to Ride a Bike | Thursday, Period 2

While Annie was pretty tempted to just cancel class, it was the first day, and...as callous as this sounded in her head, she was pretty sure only two of her students were missing, per the notes document she'd been keeping based on what she heard on the radio. And the remaining kids (because yes, with Stark gone, they were all kids. Well, and Five) needed normality right now, right? As much normality as she could provide anyway.

So yeah, here was bike-riding class. Over Zoom.

Annie appeared on the screen right on time, seated cross-legged on her own balcony (both because the plants provided a nice backdrop, and this way the chances of errant boyfriend or his errant knives appearing were pretty low) and waving at the screen.

"Good morning!" she said, just slightly tinny because of course her microphone was total shit. You guys were lucky she had a webcam. "I was kinda planning on doing introductions this week, and then I was going to have us play around on tricycles, but that can wait. For this week, let's just talk about why you want to learn to ride a bike! And then I'm gonna show you how to pedal, okay?"

Like they wouldn't be able to figure that out, but what the hell else could she do?
