The History of the Zora; Monday, Fourth Period [07/05].
Was Sidon a little disappointed that there wasn't more interest in diving deep into the history of his people that summer? Yes, if he was honest, he was, but that just meant that the people who did sign up for his course could get extra focus and he could engage with them on this very near and dear to his heart subject even more closely, and, by Hylia, these two students were going to get the best Zora history education that Sidon had to offer!
Or, well...it would seem that at least one of those students would get such an education, because Sidon realized, after giving it some time, that only one students was showing up that day, and that was certainly something to make him frown with concern.
"I suppose," he ventured, giving the student who did show up an encouraging smile even through his worry, "we might as well get started, as I don't believe our companion in this journey through the exciting history of my people will be able to join us today!"
But it felt a little odd, just blazing forward when there was a good chance that one of his students was...
"You don't think," he ventured, frowning a little more, "that our friend has fallen victim to one of these holes, do you?"
But before Belle could even have a chance to answer, Sidon's expression changed, into a bright, beaming grin, as did his stance, which suddenly burst out in an expression of excitement, fists pumps, knees bent as if ready to spring into action.
"We shall have to find out! The History of the Zora will still be here for us next week...assuming we are even here next week, so let us go and see if we can discover if such a fate has fallen our absent associate and perhaps come to the rescue and create some Fandom history of our own! There is no time to spare! Let us go!"

duckrush out the door, he stopped for a moment and looked back at Belle and tilted his head."But wait!" he said. "There is one thing I've now realized, in all my excitement to go and seek out out misplaced maiden, that I do not think that you and I have actually been properly introduced! Or, at the very least, if we have met, then we are a bit overdue for a refresher, and, besides, it is tradition, is it not? My sincerest apologies! Let us remedy that misstep first and foremost! I am Sidon!" He flashed Belle a grin, pumping his fist across his chest, and it managed to sparkle perfectly at the end of his sharp teeth. "The Zora Prince! And welcome," he opened his arms as if in an inviting gesture, "to this History of the Zora, where I will share with you all there is to learn about the thrilling stories of my people! It is a history filled with adventure and romance, with thrilling tales and hopeful promise! With tragedy and comedy, and I am most excited to share it with you!"
There was a slight pause.
"Perhaps when things are a little less....well...Fandom, anyway. And what about you? Tell me a little about yourself before we charge out into the great uncertain future!"
Re: Introductions - Zora History, 07/05.
"I'm Belle," she said. "I'm not familiar with the Zora, really, but I'm eager to learn. I do love stories of adventure." And all the other sorts, honestly. "Should I be calling you Your Highness, if you're a prince of your people?"

Sidon, the things were eating buildings, you weren't that big!
"So then our next question should be where to begin? Do you think the site that jabe already had disappearances may be a helpful place to start?"
Re: Hunt for Holes! - Zora History, 07/05.
"It seems likely there would be more to find out somewhere where we know something has happened," she said. "Since we don't know where something might happen in the future."

"And going by that astute logic," he reasoned, "our first stop should be the fire station, should it not? Or, I suppose, where the fire station previously was, as it was the first piece of this intircate puzzle to go missing, if I am not mistaken!"

Maybe they would get to witness the ice cream shop disappearing while they were out!
