Photography; Thursday, Second Period [06/10].
Since his plans for this week were a little, erm, dampened by the weather, Prompto shifted gears from his original intention and the class would be meeting in the classroom again,.
"Hey, everyone," he greeted them from on the desk with the usual smile. "So, today, we're going to be working with and processing pictures from a film camera. We've been working exclusively with digital cameras so far, just because they're really easy, especially for beginners, but film? That's a little less forgiving. With digital, you can see how your picture turned out right there on the viewscreen, but a lot of time with film, you're not going to know until after you've processed the film. Also, film is, like, suuuuuper sensitive to light, so that means you've got ot be careful with it and it pretty much has to be processed in a literal darkroom, and we're going to go over how to do that today. But first, let's go over our film cameras."
He made sure everyone had them before launching into an explanation of how they worked, how they were different from digital, with a little extra attention on the lenses and how to load the film and how it worked from there.
"Of course," he said, snapping the case shut after loading the film, "we can't process any pictures without taking any pictures, so let's go take some pictures for the first half-hour of class or so, and, when you're finished, we'll come back here and go through the process of....well...processing them." He chuckled a little sheepishly. "Alright, then!" He clapped his hands together, hopping off the desk. "Back in thirty with pictures! Break!"
And then the real fun would begin!

There were unused or already compromised rolls of film and other equipment to follow along with through the instructions, and, once that was finished, he nodded and moved toward the door.
"Alright, everyone, now let's try it for real, and don't worry if you're afraid of the dark or whatever," said with a particular kind of nervous chuckle because afraid of the dark? Who could possibly be afraid of the dark? It wasn't like the dark was terrifying and filled with daemons a lot of places or anything!, "don't worry, we're all in this together, and it's totally safe."
Ah, crap, he just made it worse for himself just now, didn't he?
