"Hello everyone!" Anakin boomed through his megaphone. Was it absolutely necessary for him to be so loud so early?

No, but Anakin was mean.

"Today we are playing the very famous--" in camp circles, maybe? "--game called Burst the Balloons! As you can see, Beaker and I have scattered balloons around the park."

Beaker meeped at Anakin.

"--and filled them with a variety of surprises. Oh?" He grinned. "Well done for that initiative, Beaker. The balloons are filled with surprises. Working in teams, you must race to break all of your balloons before the other teams do! Listen for your names!"

Race around the park and find the balloons! Each one, in addition to a moddable, generally unpleasant surprise (think shaving cream, slime, glitter, tuna fish salad, very confused Muppet goldfish), also has a flag inside. First team to ten flags wins, so each person goes through twice.

As the game progresses, the balloons become harder to reach: Beaker has also put some in trees, floated them into the pond, placed them on top of the slide, under the bleachers, etc.

Oh, and you cannot break the balloons with your hands. You must jump on them with both feet, sit on them, crush them between your knees, or pair up and break them with your stomachs!

[OOC: RNG says that it goes PIRATES, JETS, SHARKS and then BUGS, so let chaos reign in your teams as you get there!]

Did the glitter still clinging to Stark's face (and the rest of him, why squirrels) work with this ridiculous shirt or did it just make it worse? It was hard to say.

Well, for a team that had it together, it didn't get off to a lightning fast start with Tahani and her amazingly impractical heels. She toddled over to the closest balloon, looked at it, then her shoes, then her equally impractical white maxi dress and whined. "Please be glitter," she chanted as she jumped onto the balloon with both feet.

It was whipped cream, so that wasn't too terrible? She found the flag in the mess and raced (well, walked) back to her team. "Go, go, go!"

Kitty knew she shouldn't have gone here. She should have known the sunglasses wouldn't help. And yet.

She was going to wear the sunglasses even as she pulled her plane shirt on. Jet shirt. Whatever.

With her jello all set for tonight, what else was Wednesday for than heading to the park, grabbing a snack, and then reveling in triumph over her name not to be called so she could just sit back and enjoy the show?

And take plenty of pictures, too, while she was at it.

Stark was already somewhat covered in glitter. He didn't need more.

Naturally the first balloon he found he was full of glitter and fish-shaped confetti. You might think the glitter wouldn't be able to coat someone if the balloon was stomped on. You would be wrong, and Stark would be even sparklier than before.

The noise, the smells, moving in general. This was the wooooooorst. If Wanda got the one with tuna fish she might very well throw up.

Troy straight-up let put an excited gasp when he got his shirt.

"Pirate clothes!" he gushed. "For my pirate class!"

He held it up to admire it with away before shocking off his current shirt, throwing it aside, and pulling on his new one.

"Man, I am so going to need to get an eye patch now."

Did Shunsui forget again about the Wednesday activities in the park? Did he drift on over from the store that day out of boredom? Or did it have more to do with the fact that, at some point, Apu-san was approaching him with a worrisomely large stack of papers that he assumed was best avoided or left to Summer-chan?

He may never tell


But he was far more pleased to switch out a ridiculously gaudy pink haori with flowers or s hideously obnoxious shirt with airplanes.

He actually quite liked it, if he was honest!

Dwight wasn't sure what he expected after the last time... He got his shirt and somehow managed to get it on his nearly 6' 6'' frame but buttoning it up was out of the question. Glancing down at the atrocity one thought went through his mind.

"this looks like something Crocker would wear..."
