It is another crossroads of culture, having been settled or a colony for much of its history. These days, there remain many different ethnicities and cultures in the country. We will be visiting Labyrinth, a restaurant begun by chef LG Han to pay tribute to traditional varieties of food as well as new explorations. They also make every attempt to use local and sustainable ingredients."
