Today, we get the fun experience of watching that footage in the hopes that there's something useful in there, or if we're just back to square. We only have a few laptops," ignore that it was the danger shop and Rosa could literally have just programmed more; it was more funny to her this way, "so you'll have to partner up, but everyone get together, start reviewing the videos, and hopefully, there's something we can maybe us in there.

"Alright, let's get to work."

Short. Sweet. To the point. But Rosa's expecting at least one 'what's a security camera' question, in general, maybe.

Partner up, grab a laptop, and get ready to go through hours of grainy-ass footage where you can almost even tell it's actually the conservatory if you squint! Clearly, the maid was not putting up big dollars on some high-tech equipment over here.

The footage starts the day before the dinner party, and most of it is just plants being plants. At one point, there seems to be an appearance by the supposed dog of Mr. Corpse's. The butler shows up to futz around and take some clippings from a few flowers. The maid shows up to...dust the plants, apparently, and also to check on her cameras, though something, at some point, startles her away and she goes rushing off. More long stretches of something and then Mr. Corpse himself appears, talking on his phone and appearing to make angry gestures, he knocks over a plant, the maid comes to clean it up. A distinct drop in the quality occurs at night, but there's still a lot more activity, it's just harder to tell what's going on.

A dark figure, low to the ground, seems to sneak in and spend an awful lot of time sniffing around the spot where the pot fell over. Two more figures show up, moving toward a shadow corner of the room where a couch is and seem to stay there for a while. One of the figures leaves. Twenty minutes later, they return to the shadow corner that the camera can't quite reach and then start to drag something seemingly very heavy (and suspiciously human shaped) toward the wall where the secret passage was discovered earlier.

There is at least one odd anomaly of shapeless white vapor appearing a few times after that, too, at various spots around the conservatory, but other than that, there is nothing more until the lighting shift with the arrival of morning, the butler makes a brief appearance to fetch the dog who has shown up again, and then nothing more until the moment they all arrived to investigate.

What do you make of the footage? Any speculation or ideas or thoughts on if any of this is useful, helpful, or worth investigating?

"Honestly, this is the best they can do?" Lana squinted at the footage, trying to make out at least the sizes of the people involved. "I suppose the maid is unlikely to be a suspect, since she knew the cameras were there. Unless of course the poor quality is on purpose as a sort of alibi. Who else is here, apart from the butler?"
