Soc. of Violence

Grissom entered the classroom, uncharacteristically late, and began a dense and rapid-fire lecture on Prisoner Rights and Correctional Law.

He also seems to have an assignment to pass out, but obviously forgets, and dismisses the class before he can hand it out.

Soc. of the Paranormal

Ushered into the A/V lab, the students are supposed to be working their way through an online program describing various terminology for class, but Grissom cues up the wrong website without noticing, obviously lost in thought.

"Complete the website, and then you may go."

Feel free to be befuddled as to why Grissom just assigned his class to play Hugo's House of Horrors.

Veronica signs in and tries to avoid looking at Phoebe, especially when Grissom starts the lecture.

But she sneaks a couple looks and feels her guilt mount as she realizes how haggard Phoebe looks.

Phoebe turns to look at Piper, because she does understand why her sister was trying to protect Cole, but her eyes caught a glimpse of Veronica and she froze.

She looked away, but not before her eyes told Veronica exactly what she thought right now.

Veronica thinks about her conversation with Jaye and realizes that she needs to tell the truth. Or at least part of the truth. She just hopes Phoebe will understand some day.

The lecture and Veronica and everything is just too much for Phoebe right now and she feels really sick to her stomach. She's tired and she's drained and she just cannot deal with this right now --- especially since her boyfriend is the one experiencing the miscarriage of justice this time.

Murmuring an apology to Dr. Grissom, Phoebe scoops up her books and walks out of the room.

Watching Phoebe walk out, Veronica resolves to head to the Trooper Station immediately after class.
