Advanced Phys Ed: Xtreme Edition, Friday 3rd Period
So, the danger shop today was set up like a lava pit infested dungeon. But there were also some putters there. Which, with this crowd, might have been for weaponry, really.
"So, golf! It's a time honored sport that's super boring," Magnus said. "We kinda decided to spruce it up a bit."
"Or a lot." Cara had been of the opinion that golf needed a lot of fixing. "You're welcome."
She picked up a putter. "But the purpose of the game is still to hit a ball with a stick at a target." The ball was just on fire, and the targets were moving. And also on fire. There was a lot of fire in general today.
"And get it to go into a hole at the end of each... Green? Fairway? I dunno, but low numbers are good here," Magnus said, squinting at the lava pits suspiciously. "Weird, right?"
Some lava bubbled in response.
"Then you have to catch birds." That explained the flamingos.
"We haven't quite figured out what you do with the birds yet, so... maybe don't dunk them in the lava?" Magnus, tossing out those real pearls of wisdom.
"Because then you'll have cranky birds on fire." But Cara and Magnus wouldn't have any popcorn. Sad.
"Oh! And parfaits after!" He really misunderstood 'par' huh?
