Advanced Phys Ed: Xtreme Edition, Friday
The gym was set up with soft, foam blocks you'd find at a trampoline park. You know, that super accessible reference in these trying times.
But there were also some oddly shaped sturdier blocks just hanging out by the teachers.
"It's time to fight with or succumb to the whims of fate!" Magnus informed the class.
Yes, it seemed that every single class that any of you had taken with these two had been leading to this moment. "Fate as personified by weird dice." Giant ones that Cara was tossing from hand to hand to determine which was the most aerodynamic.
Oh, d20 for sure.
"Which is what fate is, really. Some dice." Magnus, no.
"Which makes as much sense as the Maker being a teenage girl with a boyfriend." Cara, no.
"Nice!" Magnus held up a hand for her to high-five because he was a supportive friend.
Cara went with the high-five for once. Her life had been strange even before she came to Fandom, she was just usually in denial about that. "In case any of you are wondering how you fight fate..."
She threw a d20 at the nearest student.
