Superheroing 101- Monday- 3rd period

The setup this week was the same as last week. Danger Shop, changing rooms, New York city streets, etc.

"Last week you got to stop a crime, or at least attempted to," Kitty said. "And if you don't like how you did, that's fine! There's always room for improvement. So get changed, then we're going to talk about what it was like for you and what you might want to do differently."

That, of course, was not the end of it.

Troy had oh so handwavily due to lack of inspo still struggled to find just that right superhero costume look for himself, so he was switching it up again this week, hoping that when he picked this week would feel right, and yes, he was totally rocking this spandex and it seemed to be getting him a little closer, but it just didn't have that zing to it, that moment of clarity that told him yes, this. This was the one, this was who he was as a superhero...

He just hoped he'd get there by the end of the semester at this point...though at least it was fun trying different things?

"Uh. Well. I wasn't fast enough and... yeah I've never been in a fight before so I'm not sure how that would have ended," Miles admitted.

Okay, so...pretty much as soon as he caught the purse being tossed over to the second purse snatcher in the corner of his eye, something primal sparked in Troy's jock brain, and all he could think of was that it was like a football being passed between hands of the opposing team, and then all he could do was react by straight up moving in to tackle the other guy like they were on the field.

Look, you could take the quarterback out of the football game, but...

Although maybe this might finally solve the block he'd been having on actually creating some sort of superhero identity for this class.
