Weaponry in Film; Friday, First Period [08/07].
The shop classroom was fitted with a copious amount of what looked like some high-quality blast shields that morning, and there was also a very heavy supply of protective gear, so that was a pretty good sign that they were going to be having some fun that day! Amaya was certainly looking excited, anyway, which shouldn't surprise anyone who knew her, especially once she got started.
"Today," she announced, "we're going to be working with explosive! Live fire, too, none of this cushy protective danger shop stuff, so I'm going to start out by saying I don't care if you've got certifications from here to Serenia for this sort of thing," Diaz, "you're going to take care and caution with the materials today, we've got plenty of protective equipment to use, and there are specific designated spots for detination so that no one blow off a limb, but, on the bright side, if anyone does, at least we've covered weaponized limb replacements already in class, right?"
That was a joke, please don't anyone actually blow off a limb, Amaya really liked this job and did not want to lose it over a lost limb. If she was going out, it needed to be for more than just someone's arm.
"But we're doing more than just an explosive today," she added. "We're doing explosive artifacts, inspired by one in particular from a film I'm honestly a fan of, because it's one of the few movies of its ilk that seems to get close to showing what things are like where I'm from. Makes me a little homesick sometimes, if I'm honest, but that's neither here nor there. We'll watch a bit to get you inspired, especially the scenes where the explosive artifact is used, and then we'll set you loose on making one of your own! Or several, if you've got the time!"
They should always have the time for more explosives!

Watch the Film - Weaponry, 08/07.
Honestly, the fact that this movie makes Amaya nostalgic for home explains a lot about Amaya...
Re: Watch the Film - Weaponry, 08/07.
Oh, and the wedding. It wasn't particularly mushy, was it?
Make the Weapon - Weaponry, 08/07.
But all that extra stuff only makes it more fun!

Rosa was just going to look up from her explosive for a moment to look at Hot Goth Not-Neighbor-Anymore, and then look around the workshop for signs of hidden cameras, because she was pretty sure at this point, someone was trying to prank her or something because...come on.
Come on.

"I suppose," she offered after a moment of thinking about it, "that depends on a few things. You'd have to make it pretty generic, in that case, with materials that were easily accessible to just about anyone, but that would kind of defeat the purpose of an artifact bomb. The whole point of an artifact bomb is making a statement, sort of."

Not one when you didn't want to get caught.

Man, she loved that rabbit. But she did have an odd soft spot toward lagomorphs, having sort of been one herself at times.
