Aphra seemed less and cheerful today. "So one important part of Jedi-ing was conflict resolution and diplomacy, though apparently some of them were better at it than others." Remarkably that was not a deliberate shade at anyone in the class.

"So today you're going to figure out the most Jedi way of resolving a conflict where two hacks ripped off your intellectual property because they couldn't come up with their own class."

Aphra's not going to tell you not to ask Anakin's advice, but the narrative sure is.

Anakin absolutely knew how to do this, thanks mostly to Obi-Wan's guidance over decades and him pretending to ignore what he was learning.

"Well, you first have to come up with what you want to say," Anakin said, "and then plan for the various reactions they could have."

Including being gassed because Anakin's life was so, so odd.

She's here, and grumpy!

Anakin lingered after class, looking very much like he regretted this already. "You okay?"

"No, I am not. I can't stand academic dishonesty." When it was committed by other people.

"Since when?" Anakin blurted.

How very dare, Anakin. How very dare.

"Since always!" Again, when it was committed by people who were not her.

Anakin hummed. "So who is being academically dishonest?"

"Those two who stole my class!" Aphra said, as if it was obvious. "The hot one and the other one."

They had names, Aphra.

"That describes most of the island," Anakin pointed out.

"They stole my thing!" The gall! "And they didn't even have the decency to actually steal it, just copy it."

She'd put in effort, Anakin. Effort!

"I'm very sorry they stole your thing," Anakin said. Whoever they were. "Did they do it on purpose?"

"You don't accidentally steal an obstacle course!"

Aphra, you were being as dramatic as a Skywalker here.
