How to Make a Radchaai Entertainment, Friday

They had made an entertainment. Whether it was watchable, or even made sense at all, was debatable, but at least everyone should get to see the result of the hard work they all had put in. Seivarden had to admit that the students had at least made some effort, even if some of them lacked talent, and even if she knew she and Amaya were no experts, she felt they had done a decent job, all in all.

That was until she started watching.

Amaya still thought it was great. But Amaya also liked RoboCop.

At least there was plenty of popcorn.

Feel free to just throw it at the screen.

Look. The explosions were clearly the best part of this entire thing, and, in Amaya's opinion, that was the best part of any Radchaai entertainment, so, clearly, that meant that this hackneyed endevour was just as good as anything else she'd seen from actual Radchaai space.

She wouldn't ever actually tell Seivarden that, of course, but that was the truth of it.

Well, there was one good thing about being stuck in a completely uncivilized universe with no access to your own. At least Tisarwat didn't have to worry about any of her friends from back home ever seeing this complete embarrassment of an entertainment.

At this point, she was just glad it was over and hoped that it wouldn't be too difficult to purge the Lord of the Radch from her head again.
