In Space No One Can Give You Chocolate and Other Problems Solved By Cupcakes (Thursday June 4)
Once again the class was in the Home Ec room and once again Stark was standing up front. This time there was a TV up there with him.
“Sometimes,” Stark said with a sigh. “Sometimes cupcakes go horribly wrong. There used to be an entire television program devoted to cupcake monstrosities.” He’d watched every episode of Cupcake Wars, ok? He had Opinions! “Not all of them were terrible but many were. Too many. Today is a video lesson on what not to do. Unless your goal is to make something awful. And in that case why? And what sort of frightening baked good would you make if you felt the situation required it?”
He paused. “Of course I brought baked goods for you to eat while you watch. I have mini cupcakes and cookies. Or there’s popcorn if you would rather have that.” He waved a hand at the food in front of him. “Grab a snack. Or a drink. Both. Enjoy some TV. Or not."
[Apologies for once again forgetting what day it was. I KNEW it was Thursday because I had to do a work thing this morning and yet I didn't realize it was Thursday until this evening. OCD isgoing up.]
