Creative Thinking, Monday, Period Three
The Danger Shop was set up with desks. Very boring, plain desks and boring, plain chairs, with blank sheets of flimsi and styluses set up on them.
"Take a seat," Aphra said. "Today you're going to learn about how creative thinking can help you defeat the deadliest enemy of all."
Then she picked up a datapad and ignored them.

Also your phones aren't getting any signal, because that would be too easy.

But then, the restlessness did start to creep in on him, and one of his legs would start bounching and jostling, and he started to think to himself that maybe that was it, they were supposed to just sit there. Or maybe the flimsi were the enemy and they were supposed to destroy them with the styluses? By, like, drawing? Or writing? Or something? Which he was only going to do if he looked around and saw other people doing it.
Then again, maybe they were supposed to think this was it, and then, as soon as they got lured into a false sense of security, bam! They got hit with something. And so then he went back to being weirdly alert and attentative and...waiting.
Only to doubt himself again, and start to wonder.
It was all very cyclical, this process, and after about the third sweep through was when staring longingly at the clock or his phone was added to it.
