Shop, Tuesday, December 10, 2019
Instead of Amaya in the (heavily reinforced for safety protocols, Shuri was just double-checking) Danger Shop, the class would find an extremely excited Beaker dressed in a tie and a clean (for now) lab coat.
"Meep! Meep meep meep meep meep meep meep meep meep--"
This would go on for a while, but was mostly Beaker waxing poetic about the trust Amaya was placing in him to substitute for this extremely important class, and how Beaker hoped that he would be able to have a similar positive influence on all of their young minds.
(Despite him graduating that summer and not being that much older than any of them.)
"MEEP!" he said, signalling a change in topic. "Meep meep meep meep--" he added, turning on the faucet and watching the gluehwein pour out. "Meep meep meep!"
This was not water, class! "Meep meep meep meep!" he said, dragging over what appeared to be a large still. Beaker had Learned Some Things in college.
"Meep meep meep meep!"
Make something that will turn gluehwein back into water, please! On cue, the small bunsen burner burning off the alcohol caught Beaker's sleeve on fire. "MEEP MEEP MEEP!" he flailed, running around with his arms flapping. Fortunately, the safety protocols engaged and now your teacher was covered in about two feet of fire suppressing foam.
"MEEP."
Miss Amaya yet?
