The books on early American history were putting on a Thanksgiving pageant. It was very early elementary school, which meant it was very revisionist, and more than a little racist.
"Seriously?" Tip asked the books on Native American history and culture. "You're going to put up with this?"
The Native books gave the book equivalent of shrugs and eye rolls. Tip nodded.
"Not your job to educate the ignorant, huh? Respect." She offered a fist bump. The closest book sort of fell against her fist. In solidarity.
