Recreational Misuse and Alternative Uses of Gadgets, Friday
"I'm going to be honest," Vanessa said, standing next to a vaguely futuristic object. "I don't understand these things. I cook my frozen french fries in the toaster oven, like God intended. But apparently Drunk Me ordered six of them, so here we are."
Last week never happened as far as this class was concerned. Wasn't that refreshing, kids?
"I think it's sorcery," Wade added. "Also, I probably encouraged this purchase. My bad."
"It might be sorcery. I mean, look at it." Vanessa eyed the air fryer with distrust. "Anyway. Your assignment for the week is to air fry something. Or come up with a different use for a lot of hot, dry air besides powering politicians."
"Zing!" Wade would always support his baby as hype man. "But seriously, we're moving to Canada despite that Disney cash if things go a certain way again."
"But enough about us. Go, shoo. Air fry things. See if you have better luck figuring out the settings than I did."
