"You know," said Rosa, addressing her students and fellow teachers once it was time to begin class, tilting her head thoughtfully, introspectively, "after a week like last week, sometimes, the best thing to do is just take some time, reflect, relax, maybe meditate a little and look into ourselves to find some sort of inner peace and tranquility..."

She let that hang for about two seconds.

"Ha. Just kidding. We're hitting each other with giant sticks. Let's go."

Hey, Vette totally knew how that went. She was also grinning and bouncing on her toes, because yes, paintball!

"Score!" And then she was absolutely just swinging that oversized q-tip right at his knees.

Anakin did that show-offy Jedi half twisting flip over her head to avoid it and aimed his q-tip at her back in retaliation.

Vette actually laughed as she weaved and spun, putting some of that ballet knowledge she'd picked up from Rosa's other classes to use as she tucked her lekku in tight to keep them from flying out all willy-nilly.

"And showing off with the fancy flippy stuff, too? Here I wasn't expecting a workout and a show." She swung hers back up toward his chest, considering his springy antics, and then just grinning all the more. "I mean, I can't do that."
