"You know," said Rosa, addressing her students and fellow teachers once it was time to begin class, tilting her head thoughtfully, introspectively, "after a week like last week, sometimes, the best thing to do is just take some time, reflect, relax, maybe meditate a little and look into ourselves to find some sort of inner peace and tranquility..."

She let that hang for about two seconds.

"Ha. Just kidding. We're hitting each other with giant sticks. Let's go."

Rosa had to snort, because, sure, she'd had Vette in more than enough classes to know that she was a formidable and capable fighter, but, still. Little tiny Twi'lek with a big stick telling her to BRING IT was just adorable.

And Rosa was going to waste not time in BRINGING IT with a smart little jab right toward tiny little Twi'lek's torso.

... Okay, Vette could've been a little more braced for that one, flailing her arms around as best as she could in an attempt to keep from toppling over outright.

Especially since Rosa was not exactly the type to just let someone catch their balance or their breath, if she could help it. She was out for blood.

Well. Theoretical blood. Because Danger Shop.

She wasn't wasting a second, either, twirling her stick back after the impact to shift her grip so she could now go in to try to sweep Vette's feet out from underneath her.

Which was a lesson the Bringee could stand to learn, especially considering what was waiting for her in the next round.

But, for the moment, Rosa was mostly just preening, smirking down somewhat smugly at her fallen prey before turning to prepare herself for the next encounter.

Yes, yes, Rosa. Good job. Everyone was very proud of you...
