International Cuisine and Grocery Run

Today's class had necessitated some last-minute portal changes and arguing with gnomes, and Hannibal was not in the best of moods, but he greeted his students nevertheless.

"Good afternoon. Today we are continuing our trip around the world by visiting Australia, which is both a continent and a country. We are going to a different world's Australia, because apparently the usual one has no seafood, and seafood is a staple there." Honestly, Fandom, talk about timing!

"We will be visiting the city of Sydney to go to Quay for dinner. It has consistently been ranked one of the best restaurants in the world. From there, we will be going to Market City, which contains a number of food shopping stores as well as cheap goods of all sorts." He waved them through. "I suggest you try the seafood, as it is both a signature of this sort of food, and apparently unavailable this week upon the island."

"Oh, hey!" said Prompto, brightening up a little after the news that apparently there wasn't any seafood back on the island; he hadn't exactly noticed, considering he pretty much just rolled out of bed and straight into this class most Mondays. "There's a place back home called Galdin Quay that's really known for its seafood, too! Totally luxe and stuff, too! I wonder if this place is a lot like it?"

Not that he'd know, because he'd never actually been there, but he was already planning to get lot of pictures so he could maybe ask Iggy and Noct.

Definitely taking lots and lots of pictures, and not even to see if this place was anything like Galdin Quay back home. And the nice thing was that taking all these pictures definitely helped prevent Prompto from just scarfing down all the delicious food, which was pretty much always his biggest challenge in this class.

Nell hadn't ever gotten to try much seafood. Fish from the river or lake, site, but not so much seafood. She was looking forward to trying as much as she could.

Any kind of shopping was definitely Prompto's kind of shopping, though, keeping in mind about the whole seafood shortage back on the island, his choices were definitely leaning heavily that way, and not even for himself. He was mostly just thinking that if there was no seafood on the island this week, then Sidon was going to have a really hard time finding anything suitable to eat that wasn't pizza. And while part of Prompto thought existing on nothing but pizza for a whole week sounded awesome, he also knew that it was hardly healthy and that it would only lead to a very bad time.

Not that he knew from personal experience or anything...
