Recreational Misuse and Alternative Uses of Gadgets, Friday
"I hope everyone remembered to bring their swimsuits!" Vanessa said cheerfully, oblivious to the fact that they had neglected to tell everyone to bring their swimsuits. "Because today we're going to abuse...Slip n Slides!"
"Hell yeah!" Wade said, automatically holding up a hand for them to high-five. "It's hotter than the surface of the sun out. Hotter than buzz surrounding any Disney produced movie coming out soon. So. Slip n Slides. You're going to get friction burns. That's just part of it."
Vanessa high-fived Wade without looking and said, "Luckily, we've found a way to--" She had to pause to snicker. "Reduce that friction. It's...Vaseline!" The bottle she held up was not Vaseline. It was, rather obviously, an industrial-sized bottle of lube with 'VASELINE' written across the label in Sharpie.
"We bought a whole ten gallon drum with Not A Cop's credit card before he ghosted this place." Wade made sure to kiss his fingers tips and offer that on up. Because he wasn't a callous jerk like you all.
"The FBI's accounting department must have had so many questions for him." Vanessa sounded pleased about this. "Anyway. Have wholesome family fun, kids!"
