Today, class was back in the school rather than the woods. And there was only one teacher rather than the two.

"So, easy day for you kids," Tony said, queuing up a movie. "Captain Rogers had things to take care of on the mainland now that things are back to normal. Well. As normal as this place gets."

Which was debatable.

"And, judging by how this summer is going, learning to survive in space might be good for you."

He might have just jinxed the island.

Oh, yeah. The phrase 'learning to survive in space' was getting a big squint of disapproval from Wayne; that was something that would take years of training to learn properly, and not something he'd ever intended on doing, so if he was stucking having to do it one day, he was going to be pretty sore about it, really.

And movie days just felt like wasted time to Wayne. It wasn't like he even had anything else to do until he had to be at the scrapyard for work, but he was pretty sure he could find something slightly more productive than sitting around watching Matt Damon in a spacesuit.

But he'd watch it. Arms folded, sitting back stiffly in his seat, looking faintly petulant about it, sure, but he'd watch it.
