Problem Solving through Science! | Tuesday, 3rd period
"Good afternoon," Miguel said. He smiled lazily and waved at everybody. "We're back from vacation now, so we should probably get to work, right?"
He shrugged. "Eventually. I'm still pretty relaxed. So, this week, let's work with water. You all should've gotten a pretty good indication of how waterfalls work, right? So, make one. Extra credit if you make the water flow up instead of down."
He paused.
"And sure, extra credit for traveling on it, too. Go for it; we've got safeties here." He was looking at you, Beaker.
Enjoy, class.

Re: Class activity
It wasn't as fun as the ones in Iceland. Hmm. He wrote down carefully what he thought was different between the two experiences--maybe the adrenaline rush wasn't as high without the dean around?
Re: Class activity
Miguel waited until Beaker was back on dry land and done with his notes. "A deal's a deal. What do you want for class next week?"
He was probably going to regret this.
Re: Class activity
Electic sledge hammer. Sure.
Re: Class activity
"...What the hell, why not? Okay, there's two options - either get me a demonstration and a write up before next week, and I'll present it, or come up with something your classmates can try to make or do, and I'll let you teach it. Which do you want?"

"Meeeeee!"

He was absolutely getting chased through town by this discount Dalek.
Re: Class activity
"Great." Miguel gave him a thumbs up. "See you next week, then. Come with ideas."
