Life Lessons Through Screen Time,
"Today we're going to learn about...I don't know? Family? Was this show about family?" Vanessa asked Wade. "Aren't they all about family?"
"Perfect Strangers is the heartwarming tale of an immigrant coming to America to live with family. Or some guy from Eastern Europe pulling an amazing Fantastic Mr. Ripley on a... perfect stranger," Wade added, dropping his voice into the classic true crime narrator range.
"No, I'm sure he was his actual cousin," Vanessa protested. "And if he wasn't the guy was dumb enough to fall for it, so it's really his fault anyway."
Balki was gonna wear cousin Larry's skin like a meat suit.
"Also, Family Matters was somehow a spin off from this show," Wade added, tilting his head thoughtfully.
"Because TV is weird!" Vanessa said brightly. "In case you haven't figured it out yet, today we're going to be watching as many episodes of Perfect Strangers as we can fit into the rest of this class period."
Honestly, what else did students think this class would involve? "So learn about the importance of acceptance and family and how the network can really screw you over," Wade said, pushing play on the VHS player. Because these needed to be enjoyed like a fine wine. Poorly recorded on the oldest thing they had access to.
As the opening credits played, Vanessa realized, "Oh, we forgot to get snacks on the school's dime. Next week!"

Aww, dance of joy.
Re: During Class
Maybe, some day, he and Paris should have a sitcom.
