The board behind Rita had the following message on it:

Shorthand. On my desk.

John, would you like to be a jockstrap? Because it could be arranged. So shh.

Possibly a bit preemptive, but whatever.

"Yet, you and I have cuddled several times over the last few weeks," John points out. "I think, in Skeeter language, child of hell means surrogate son."

"And once again I must ask if you've ingested or smoked something you oughtn't have."

"I love you, Professor Skeeter."

Rita flicked her wand.

"I love koalas," she said to the koala.

John jumped out of his seat and clung to Professor Skeeter and starts to chew her hair.

Rory so fully took a picture omg.

Koala!John thinks Rita's hair has too much product in it so he chews on her robes instead.

Rita attempted to pry him off and set him on Rory's desk.

John might've used his claws to rip a hole in Rita's robes.

Rita may have used her wand to remove his claws.

John, not used to being a koala, throws up his breakfast.

Rita, not used to being a nice person, dropped him to the floor.

John, not used to being a koala still, forges for berries and wraps himself around Rita's leg like he would a tree.

Rita tried to peel him off her leg.

John clung tight. This was his new surrogate mother.

"John? Let go. Now."

John is a koala and cannot understand English. All he hears is "WAH WAH WAH WAH."

Rory sneaked over and offered wee koala!John a chocolate-chip cookie.

John clings tightly!

"Cookie," Rory said, holding it out. "You don't have to let go to eat it."

John nods his koala head and opens his mouth.

Rory carefully put the cookie in his mouth and petted his wee head, aw.

John chewed his cookie and got crumbs all over Rita's robes.

Rita shook her leg to free him.

So not happening. John clings even tighter.
