Let's start with the fact that I'm a Lt. Col. now. One might think you'd remember that Ms. "I'm a Major now" " Good for you, I'll inform the universe"

And there are the things you say when something needs to be said, and then there are the things you don't say because you have to work with someone day in and day out.

I'm talking about the latter type.
