Team! Synergy! [Thursday, 1st Period)
The phrased 'Put the customer first and own your behavior!' was written on the board and both teachers were eyeing it like it had personally offended them somehow. Or were confused. It was possibly both.
"So, today we're gonna talk about optimizing your... I'm not actually sure what this means actually," Magnus said.
"It's about problem solving," Cara said with a completely undeserved confidence, because why not? These words could mean whatever they wanted them to mean!
"And not growing a weird clone body in the back of your store!" Oddly specific thing to add, Magnus.
You were getting A Look for that, Magnus. "Yes...that."
"Well, it's important." It was. Really. "So uh, we're gonna own our behavior and uh..."
He was so lost on this class.
"Solve our problems by punching them." It was what they did best. That was owning their behaviour.
"Ohhh. Okay, that makes sense," Magnus said even though so little about this class made sense. So, so little. "We got some punching bags this time so we don't destroy easels again."
If they wanted this class to make sense, they shouldn't have picked these two to teach it.
